Careers abroad

Your pathway to the UK, US or Canada

From 2020 to 2025, HFCRA became widely recognised in Ghana and beyond for helping nurses pursue career opportunities abroad. Our tutors are nurses practising in the UK, US and Canada.

United Kingdom

Support with CBT preparation and English-language proficiency exams. Because vacancies and recruitment conditions can change, securing a position may take time — we help you prepare thoroughly, understand the process and stay ready for suitable openings.

United States

Practical advice and coaching on available pathways, including agency-supported recruitment and eligible self-directed sponsorship options, plus NCLEX preparation. Guidance is tailored to your circumstances and current immigration rules.

Canada

Support for healthcare professionals pursuing opportunities through programs such as Express Entry and Provincial Nominee Programs, based on your profile and the immigration requirements in effect when you apply.

Caregivers: home care in the UK

We support caregivers preparing for home-care and domiciliary-care roles in the UK with training, coaching, guidance through recruitment and Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) support — plus professional references and ongoing help for caregivers already in the UK seeking new opportunities.

Exam preparation

IELTS, OET, CBT and NCLEX preparation combining clear instruction, focused content review, practical test-taking strategies and guidance for adapting to professional and everyday life abroad.

Availability and eligibility are subject to current employer and immigration requirements.
